Sandrine Carneroli - Arts-Loi / Kunst Wet - Larcier 2024

"Arts-Loi // Kunst-Wet" borrows from the Brussels metro station to play with the codes of law and contemporary art on the occasion of a study day organized in February 2024 at the WIELS Center for Contemporary Art, Brussels. The aim was to bring together legal experts, artists and art world professionals to reflect on the ethical, aesthetic and legal issues surrounding contemporary art. The uniqueness of the book that records the proceedings lies in the diversity of the various contributions - not only legal, but also artistic and philosophical.

Contributors: Sandrine Carneroli, Laurent de Sutter, Valérie Laure Benabou, Pierre Leguillon, Yaniv Benhamou, Ana Andrijevic, Bert Demarsin, Kate Mayne and Ariane Joachimowicz.
